Using Rivet
Rivet provides desktop software and related services. You may use our products only in accordance with applicable law and these terms.
Third-party services
Some Rivet products connect to services operated by others, such as Google Calendar or WhatsApp Web. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms and policies. RivetChat is an independent product and is not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta.
Availability
We may change, update, suspend, or discontinue a product or feature at any time. Products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rivet is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our products.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
